From the scheduling process to receiving our wonderful prints, Karen was with us every step of the way. Such a wonderful person to work with. She made Sarah feel very comfortable and relaxed with the whole process. We hiked all over Pittsburgh and have the pictures to prove it! Such a wonderful experience!
